MALEKSPIN Approves Factory BMRE Investment

The company has informed that J. M. Fabrics Limited (JMFL), a subsidiary of the company (99.9975% shares held by the company) had approved a BMRE plan for setting up seamless facilities and yarn texturizing and covering facility and other facilities at an estimated investment of Tk. 156.74 crore by funds generated from internal sources of JMFL and taking loan from Banks.
