MALEKSPIN Corporate Disclosure — 10 October 2023

(Cont. news of MALEKSPIN): equivalent to 52,944,000 Pcs. to 54,933,000 Pcs. per annum, resulting sales and profitability will increase and there will be value addition due to improvement of product quality which will enable the company to sell its products at higher prices. The Company will not be required to provide any funds in this regard. The Board of Directors has also given the authority to execute the proposal of rental agreement of 52,000 sft unutilized area of scrap (cont. 2)
