MALEKSPIN Dividend Disclosure

The Board of Directors of J. M. Fabrics Limited, a subsidiary company of Malek Spinning Mills PLC. declared 60% Interim Cash Dividend per share of Tk.100.00 each based on results of 09 months un-audited financials and the retained earnings (free reserves) for the period ended on 31 March 2026. Malek Spinning Mills PLC. that would entitled dividend earning Tk. 23,99,94,000.00 (Twenty-three crore ninety-nine lac ninety-four thousand) as Gross Interim Cash Dividend from J. M. Fabrics Limited (JMFL).

মালেক স্পিনিং মিলস পিএলসি-এর একটি সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠান জে. এম. ফ্যাব্রিকস লিমিটেড-এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ, ৩১ মার্চ ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত সময়ের ০৯ মাসের নিরীক্ষাবিহীন আর্থিক ফলাফল এবং সংরক্ষিত আয় (মুক্ত সঞ্চিতি)-এর উপর ভিত্তি করে প্রতিটি ১০০.০০ টাকার শেয়ার প্রতি ৬০% অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন নগদ লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করেছে। মালেক স্পিনিং মিলস পিএলসি, জে. এম. ফ্যাব্রিকস লিমিটেড (জেএমএফএল) থেকে মোট অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন নগদ লভ্যাংশ হিসাবে ২৩,৯৯,৯৪,০০০.০০ (তেইশ কোটি নিরানব্বই লক্ষ চুরানব্বই হাজার) টাকা লভ্যাংশ হিসাবে পাওয়ার অধিকারী হবে।
