MARICO Record Date Disclosure

The company has requested the Shareholders to check and update their respective bank account along with routing number, address, mobile number, e-mail address through their respective Depository Participant (DP) before the Record Date i.e. August 25, 2024 to receive dividend online through BEFTN system. Shareholders are also requested to update their respective BO Account with 12-digit E-TIN before the Record Date i.e. August 25, 2024. (cont.1)
