MARICO Record Date Disclosure

The company has requested the Shareholders to check and update their respective bank account along with routing number, address, mobile number, e-mail address through their respective Depository Participant (DP) before the Record Date to receive dividend online through BEFTN system. The company has also requested to update their respective BO Account with 12-digit E-TIN before the Record Date. Shareholders whose BO accounts are not updated with 12-digit E-TIN (cont.1)

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের BEFTN সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে অনলাইনে লভ্যাংশ গ্রহণের জন্য রেকর্ড ডেটের আগে তাদের নিজ নিজ ডিপোজিটরি পার্টিসিপেন্ট (DP) এর মাধ্যমে তাদের নিজ নিজ ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট, রাউটিং নম্বর, ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর, ই-মেইল ঠিকানা চেক এবং আপডেট করার অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে। কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে রেকর্ড ডেটের আগে তাদের নিজ নিজ BO অ্যাকাউন্ট 12-সংখ্যার E-TIN সহ আপডেট করার অনুরোধ করা হয়েছে। যেসব শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের BO অ্যাকাউন্ট 12-সংখ্যার E-TIN (চলমান 1) দিয়ে আপডেট করা হয়নি।
