MATINSPINN Corporate Disclosure — 15 September 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the purchase of 03 (three) low Gas consuming Generators and 1(one) Diesel Generator from Daud Machinery Trading DWC -LLC, Unit- 401, Level- 4, Building -A3, Dubai South Business Park, Dubai 712206, UAE for replacement of old 4 (four) Gas Generators. The total cost of Generators and installation cost is estimated at USD 2,708,000.00 equivalent to Tk. 25,72,60,000.00 (taka twenty-five crore seventy-two lac sixty thousand only).

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে পরিচালনা পর্ষদ Daud Machinery Trading DWC -LLC, Unit- 401, Level- 4, Building-A3, Dubai থেকে 03 (তিন) কম গ্যাস ব্যবহারকারী জেনারেটর এবং 1 (এক) ডিজেল জেনারেটর কেনার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। সাউথ বিজনেস পার্ক, দুবাই 712206, পুরানো 4 (চার) গ্যাস জেনারেটর প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য UAE। জেনারেটরের মোট খরচ এবং ইনস্টলেশন খরচ অনুমান করা হয়েছে USD 2,708,000.00 টাকার সমান। 25,72,60,000.00 (টাকা পঁচিশ কোটি বাহাত্তর লক্ষ ষাট হাজার টাকা মাত্র)।
