The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Matin Spinning Mills PLC in its 150th meeting held on 29 July 2025 has approved, among others, the revaluation of Assets: land & Building of the Company based on Unaudited Financial Statements as on 31st March 2025. The valuation was conducted by Mohammad Golam Sarwar FCA, Partner, Howlader Maria & Co., Chartered Accountants.
