The company has informed that the Board of Directors of Matin Spinning Mills PLC, in its 157th Board meeting held on 18 October 2026, has approved 02 (Two) Revised Contracts subject to approval by the shareholders in the upcoming Annual General Meeting for Sale of Yarn between Matin Spinning Mills PLC and the following Private Limited Companies under common Directorship.
