MBL1STMF Corporate Disclosure — 17 May 2022

(Continuation news of MBL1STMF): 13 October 2019 instructing all concerns to stop all allied activities of the said investment until further instruction or resolved the matters. Nothing of this invested money has refunded by the Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. and Mr. Toufique Imrose Khalidi up to 31 March 2022. However we have been informed by the AMC that total amount of investment is Taka 490,000,000/- in Bangladesh News 24 Hours Ltd. (cont.5)

(MBL1STMF-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): 13 অক্টোবর 2019 পরবর্তী নির্দেশ না দেওয়া পর্যন্ত বা বিষয়গুলি সমাধান না করা পর্যন্ত উল্লিখিত বিনিয়োগের সমস্ত অ্যালাইড কার্যক্রম বন্ধ করার জন্য সমস্ত উদ্বেগকে নির্দেশ দিচ্ছে। এই বিনিয়োগকৃত অর্থের কিছুই বাংলাদেশ নিউজ 24 ঘন্টা লিমিটেড এবং জনাব তৌফিক ইমরোজ খালিদি 31 মার্চ 2022 পর্যন্ত ফেরত দেয়নি। তবে এএমসি থেকে আমাদের জানানো হয়েছে যে বাংলাদেশ নিউজ 24 ঘন্টায় মোট বিনিয়োগের পরিমাণ 490,000,000/- টাকা লিমিটেড (চলমান 5)
