(Continuation of news of MEGCONMIL): as on June 30, 2013 stands at Tk. (1,008,035,971.00) and the company's current liabilities has exceeded it's current assets by Taka 214,473,448.00 which is quite noticeable and warrant to be restructured. The company is exerting its utmost efforts to mobilize its resources through outsourcing of foreign investment to meet the working capital requirements to continue its operation for the foreseeable future. The current credit facilities extended by the financial institutions other than block fund appearing against the company's liabilities turns to be stumbling block to run the company as a going concern.
