(continuation news of MEGHNACEM): Hence the Financial Year of the Company will be for 18 months period from 01 January 2015 and ending on 30 June 2016. The next AGM of the Company will consider 18 months financial statements i.e. from 01 January 2015 to 30 June 2016. However, the AGM of this company will be held within the calendar Year 2016, after closing of the books of accounts and completion of the statutory audit work, as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1994.
