MEGHNACEM Corporate Disclosure — 30 June 2025

The Bangladesh Rating Agency Limited (BDRAL) has assigned rating of the Company as "BBB-" for long term and "ST-4" for short term along with a Developing outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2024 and unaudited financials up to March 31, 2025 along with other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

বাংলাদেশ রেটিং এজেন্সি লিমিটেড (BDRAL) কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদী রেটিং "BBB-" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদী রেটিং "ST-4" প্রদান করেছে, যার সাথে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৪ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন এবং ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক প্রতিবেদন এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্য বিবেচনা করে একটি উন্নয়নশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি প্রদান করা হয়েছে।
