(Continuation news of MEGHNALIFE): Whereas the designated bank account for dividend shows a balance of Tk. 3,978,987. Furthermore, the company declared cash dividend @ 20% in 2018 which is Tk. 67,043,826 out of this an amount of Tk. 58,821,901 was deposited to the designated bank account, resulting in shortfall of deposit to the tune of Tk. 8,221,925. This is a non-compliance of the section 28(1) of Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015. (cont. 2)
