(Continuation news of MEGHNAPET): 2) As per Companies Act 1994 Clause 121 no company incorporated under this Act which is under the management of a managing agent shall make loan to or guarantee any loan made the any company under management of the same management agent. But the management of the company has received unsecured loan balance whereof amounts to Tk.147,100,000 (Company : Tk. 107,100,000 and relatives : 40,000,000). (cont. 3)
