(Matter of Emphasis) 'Ahmed Zaker & Co.', Auditor of the company, has given the following 'Matter of Emphasis' paragraph in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 30 June 2014: 1)We draw attention to the fact that the company has been incurring a significant amount of net loss over the years. Moreover, the company's accumulated loss stands as on 30 June 2014 at Tk. 163,375,154.00 and during the year Tk. 5,637,972.00 and company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by Tk. 6,404,942.00. As a result, the company's financial liabilities also increased to a great extent. (cont.)
