Note No-1(e) 'Going Concern': "The Financial Statement has been prepared on the assumption that the entity is a going concern and will continue its business for the foreseeable future. The Companies accumulated loss stands as on 30.06.2013 is Taka 157,737,182 and during the year Tk. 6,032,837 and company's current liabilities exceeded its current assets by Tk. 20,240,737. (cont.)
