Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) has accorded its consent as per Court Order to transfer 16,83,570 shares of Mercantile Bank Ltd. from Late Abdul Jalil, one of the Sponsors of Mercantile Bank Ltd. (the transferor/pledgor) to First Finance Ltd. (the transferee/pledgee) outside the trading system of the exchange within October 29, 2020 from the date of issuance of approval letter by DSE, under Regulation-47 of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015.
