Bilkis Begum, one of the Sponsors of the Company, has further reported that she has completed her transfer of 22,50,000 shares of the Company to her sons namely Mahboob Morshed (7,50,000 shares), Mokhdum Morshed (7,50,000 shares) and Monzoor Morshed (7,50,000 shares) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
