(Continuation news of MERCANBANK): Disclosures on recommendation of stock dividend: i) Stock dividend has been declared to strengthen the capital base of the company to support business growth. ii) The Bonus Shares have been declared out of accumulated profit. iii) The Bonus Shares have not been declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to incorporation of (cont.2)
