Engr. Md. Monsuruzzaman, one of the Sponsors of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 5,30,000 shares out of his holding of 15,30,000 shares of the company to his wife Sultana Ferdausi Begum (General Shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within 30 working days with effect from September 07, 2023.
