The auditor of the Mercantile Insurance Co. Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matter" paragraphs in the auditor's report for the year ended December 31, 2021. Emphasis of Matter: We draw attention to the following matters, though our opinion is unqualified in respect of the same: As a public interest company Mercantile Insurance Company Limited should prepare financial statement in accordance with IFRS. But Mercantile Insurance Company Limited yet to comply with IFRS 16 Lease.
