With reference to their earlier news (disseminated by DSE 26.01.2016) regarding Postponement of the 20th AGM, the Company has further informed that the application to Honorable High Court under section 81 (2) of the Companies Act, 1994 for holding 20th AGM of the Company after expiry of stipulated time period, has been accepted by the court. After formal hearing the Honorable court has permitted the Company to hold the said AGM by 31.05.2016. The specific date and time of AGM will be notified later.
