METROSPIN Approves Factory BMRE Investment

The company has informed that in line with the PSI published on 11.10.2021, 08.08.2023 and 21.09.2023 regarding the BMRE of the company, the Board of Directors has decided to sale land measuring area 8.60 decimals at Uttara, Dhaka-1230 and to sale land measuring area 59.00 deciamls at Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka-1230. The proceeds from the sale of land shall be utilized for the repayment of Bank Loan. The company also informed that the sale proceed will accelerate the implementation of BMRE of Project.

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে কোম্পানির BMRE সংক্রান্ত 11.10.2021, 08.08.2023 এবং 21.09.2023 তারিখে প্রকাশিত PSI এর সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রেখে, পরিচালনা পর্ষদ উত্তরা, ঢাকা-1230-এ ভূমি পরিমাপ ক্ষেত্রফল 8.60 ডেসিমেল বিক্রি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। আশুলিয়া, সাভার, ঢাকা-1230-এ জমি পরিমাপের ক্ষেত্র 59.00 ডেসিয়াম বিক্রি করতে। জমি বিক্রি থেকে প্রাপ্ত অর্থ ব্যাঙ্কের ঋণ পরিশোধের জন্য ব্যবহার করা হবে। কোম্পানীটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে বিক্রয়ের অগ্রগতি প্রকল্পের BMRE বাস্তবায়নকে ত্বরান্বিত করবে।
