MHSML Corporate Disclosure — 29 April 2025

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned initial credit rating of the Company as "BB+" in the long term and "ST-4" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, 6-month unaudited financial statement of 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) কোম্পানির প্রাথমিক ক্রেডিট রেটিং দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "BB+" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-4" নির্ধারণ করেছে, সাথে ৩০ জুন, ২০২৪ পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি, ২০২৫ সালের ৬ মাসের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি প্রদান করেছে।
