MHSML Corporate Disclosure — 19 April 2026

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned rating of the Company as "BB+" in the long term and "ST-4" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on annual audited financial statements of FY 2022-2025 (FYE 30 June), 6-month unaudited financial statements of FY2026 and FY2025, and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) ২০২২-২০২৫ অর্থবর্ষের (৩০ জুন সমাপ্ত) বার্ষিক নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী, ২০২৬ ও ২০২৫ অর্থবর্ষের ৬-মাস মেয়াদী অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং প্রদানের তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "BB+" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-4" রেটিং প্রদান করেছে এবং এর সাথে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি (Stable outlook) দিয়েছে।
