The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided, according to the Companies Act, 1994 and the Directive issued by the BSEC dated September 28, 2016, to extend the Financial Year (FY) 2015-2016 of the Company by an additional period of 6 months comprising to 18 months period commencing on July 01, 2015 and ending on December 31, 2016 to comply with the uniform income year from January to December as per provision of the Finance Act, 2015.
