The auditor of the MIDAS Financing Ltd. has given the "Emphasis of Matters" paragraphs on the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021. Emphasis of Matters: Deferred Tax Assets of TK. 15,826,052 (Note -13.4) recognized during the year. This is not consistent with the detail of information provided to us for audit purpose. We received only the income tax order for the assessment year 2017-18. (cont.)
