MIDLANDBNK Corporate Disclosure — 12 November 2023

The company has informed that the shareholders of the company in its 1st Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 29 October 2023 approved transfer of the unutilized amount of Tk. 46,73,976.00 under the head of 'IPO Expenses' towards 'Investment in Government Securities (Bill/Bond)' within one month of the approval of general shareholders, for full utilization of IPO Proceeds, subject to regulatory approvals, if any.

কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে জানানো হয়েছে যে কোম্পানির শেয়ারহোল্ডাররা 29 অক্টোবর 2023 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার 1ম এক্সট্রা-অর্ডিনারি জেনারেল মিটিংয়ে (ইজিএম) অব্যবহৃত টাকা হস্তান্তর অনুমোদন করেছে। সাধারণ শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের অনুমোদনের এক মাসের মধ্যে 'সরকারি সিকিউরিটিজ (বিল/বন্ড)'-এর প্রতি 'আইপিও খরচ' শিরোনামে, আইপিও প্রসিডের সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহারের জন্য, নিয়ন্ত্রক অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে, যদি থাকে।
