Refer to their earlier news disseminated today i.e. 30.04.2025, the company has further informed the following reasons for declaration of stock dividend: (a) the stock dividend declared for retained amount as capital; (b) the stock dividend issued out of the accumulated profit or retained earnings; and (c) stock dividend has not been declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to incorporation of (cont.)

আজ অর্থাৎ ৩০.০৪.২০২৫ তারিখে প্রকাশিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি দেখুন, কোম্পানিটি স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণার নিম্নলিখিত কারণগুলি আরও জানিয়েছে: (ক) মূলধন হিসাবে ধরে রাখা পরিমাণের জন্য ঘোষিত স্টক লভ্যাংশ; (খ) সঞ্চিত মুনাফা বা ধরে রাখা আয় থেকে জারি করা স্টক লভ্যাংশ; এবং (গ) মূলধন রিজার্ভ বা পুনর্মূল্যায়ন রিজার্ভ বা (চলমান) অন্তর্ভুক্তির আগে অর্জিত কোনও অবাস্তব লাভ বা লাভের বাইরে স্টক লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা করা হয়নি।
