Wahiduzzaman Chowdhury, one of the Directors of Miracle Industries Limited has expressed his intention to sell his entire holding of 10,00,000 shares of the company to Mehmood Equities Limited, a corporate Shareholder of the company through Chittagong Stock Exchange PLC under Negotiated Deal within July 17, 2023.
