The Board of Directors has recommended No Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2021. The AGM and Record date will be notified later on subject to condonation of delay by the High Court Division of the Supreme Court. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. (1.85), NAV per share of Tk. 30.42 and NOCFPS of Tk. (0.75) for the year ended June 30, 2021 as against Tk. (3.62), Tk. 31.93 and Tk. 6.77 respectively for the year ended June 30, 2020.
