Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 18.01.2024 regarding AGM date, time and venue, the company has further informed that it has changed the AGM date for the year ended June 30, 2021, 2022 and 2023 to April 15, 2024 from earlier declared date March 31, 2024 and the time of the AGM will be 3:00 PM, 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM respectively. The AGM will be held on Hybrid Platform at BCIC Bhaban, 30-31 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000.
