Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 14.11.2021 regarding Decision to issue Bond, the Company further informed that BSEC has given consent for issuance of Non-convertible, Fully Redeemable Zero Coupon Bond of the Company amounting to BDT 2,499.00 Million in face value through private placement.
