(Continuation news of MIRAKHTER): Tenor of the said bond is 4 years. The purpose of issuance of the aforesaid bond is to restructure the high cost bearing liabilities and also to invest in Company's working capital. The consent has been accorded subject to the condition that the Company shall comply with the relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and also shall adhere to the conditions imposed under Section-2CC of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance,1969.
