(Continuation news of MITHUNKNIT):which will strengthen the net worth of the Company and its NAV per share by an addition of Tk. 7.66 per share taking into consideration of 2,70,75,969.00 ordinary shares outstanding as on to-date. The revaluation report was approved by the Board of Director on 24.11.16. The purpose of the valuation is to ascertain the value of the Fixed Assets so as to incorporate such fair value in the Financial Statements of the company for the period ended on 30.06.16. (end)
