MITHUNKNIT Corporate Disclosure — 15 March 2022

(Continuation news of MITHUNKNIT): We refer to note no: 4(a) of the separate financial statements of Toyo Knitex (CEPZ) Limited regarding investment in subsidiary companies. The company discloses in note no: 2.2 & 2.8 that, it values investment in Fair Value. Despite of significant deviation of both subsidiary company's financial performance & position, the parent company did not account for any impaired value of the investment. (cont.4)

(মিথুনকনিটের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): আমরা টয়ো নিটেক্স (সিইপিজেড) লিমিটেডের সহায়ক কোম্পানিতে বিনিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত পৃথক আর্থিক বিবৃতির নোট নং: 4(ক) উল্লেখ করি। কোম্পানি নোট নং: 2.2 এবং 2.8 এ প্রকাশ করে যে, এটি ন্যায্য মূল্যে বিনিয়োগকে মূল্য দেয়। উভয় সাবসিডিয়ারি কোম্পানির আর্থিক কর্মক্ষমতা এবং অবস্থানের উল্লেখযোগ্য বিচ্যুতি সত্ত্বেও, মূল কোম্পানি বিনিয়োগের কোনো প্রতিবন্ধী মূল্যের জন্য দায়ী করেনি। (চলমান 4)
