MITHUNKNIT Corporate Disclosure — 3 January 2023

(Continuation news of MITHUNKNIT): a claim of Tk. 6,103,893/- through claim no: 46/2018 dated 08 July, 2018 regarding VAT Deducted at Source on different expense heads. An appeal was made against the claim on 04 April, 2018 in Customs, Excise and VAT Appellate Tribunal, Dhaka through paying 10% of the claim amount. The tribunal had made temporary solution of the appeal and sent the matter for remand. (end)

(মিথুনকনিটের ধারাবাহিক খবর): টাকা দাবি। 6,103,893/- দাবি নং এর মাধ্যমে: 46/2018 তারিখ 08 জুলাই, 2018 বিভিন্ন ব্যয়ের শিরোনামে উৎসে ভ্যাট কর্তন সংক্রান্ত। দাবির বিরুদ্ধে 04 এপ্রিল, 2018 তারিখে কাস্টমস, এক্সাইজ এবং ভ্যাট আপিল ট্রাইব্যুনাল, ঢাকায় দাবির পরিমাণের 10% প্রদানের মাধ্যমে একটি আপিল করা হয়েছিল। ট্রাইব্যুনাল আপিলের সাময়িক সমাধান করে বিষয়টি রিমান্ডে পাঠায়। (শেষ)
