(Continuation news of MJLBD): to a Workers' Profit Participation Fund (WPPF). The Company has not made any provision for WPPF against the said requirement of the Bangladesh Labour (Amendments) Act 2013 for the period from 01 July 2019 to 30 June 2020. As disclosed in note # 2.18 (iii) to the financial statements, none of MJL Bangladesh Limited and its subsidiaries has made any provision for the said fund. (cont.2)
