(Basis for Qualified Opinion): The auditor of the company has given the following "Basis for Qualified Opinion" in the audit report of the company for the year ended on 30 June 2018: Basis of Qualified Opinion: The Bangladesh Labour (Amendment) Act 2013 requires a company when fulfills certain conditions to set up Workers Profit Participation Fund (WPPF) and to disburse an amount equivalent to 5% of net profit before tax to that fund in each year.
