The Company has informed that Omera Petroleum Limited, a subsidiary of the Company signed a MOU on November 21, 2016 with the Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority, for establishing LPG import terminal & reforming process unit to facilitate bulk supply of inductrial LPG and fuels to the factories and establishment in the Mirsari Economic Zone Area.
