(Continuation news of MJLBD): Further resolved that, Record date declared earlier i.e., 24.05.2016 for entitlement of 30% cash dividend and 10% stock dividend shall remain unchanged. Cash dividend will be considered as interim dividend and will be paid on or before June 30, 2016. 10% stock dividend will be issued subject to approval of the shareholders in the forthcoming AGM.
