The Board of Directors has recommended 25% cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2013. Date of AGM: 28.06.2014, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Chittagong Boat Club. Record Date: 08.05.2014. The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk. 2.93, consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 32.63 and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 3.19 for the year ended on December 31, 2013. The Board has also decided to construct a 10 storied commercial building on turn-key basis at Halishahr, Chittagong at a contract price of Tk. 15.12 crore only.
