The Company has informed that the Board of Omera Petroleum Limited, a 75% subsidiary of MJL Bangladesh Limited has approved the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) of self propelled deck loading 300 ton LPG Barge on Turn-key basis. In this connection, a contract has been signed on January 23, 2014 between Omera Petroleum Limited and Parlym International, for a total consolidated amount of Tk. 278,750,010.00 which is composed of EURO 1,650,000.00 for foreign currency portion and Tk. 105,500,000.00 for local currency portion.
