The auditor of the MJL Bangladesh Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended on 30 June, 2021. Basis for Qualified Opinion: Section 232 of the Bangladesh Labour (Amendments) Act 2013 which has been enacted in July 2013 requires 05% of the Company's net profit before tax to be distributed each period to a Workers' Profit Participation Fund (WPPF).
