The company has informed that the board of directors has decided to place following special business agendas, among others, for approval of shareholders in 24th AGM scheduled to be held on December 26, 2022 at 3.00 PM. It has been resolved that the proposal for changing the registered name of the Company to 'MJL Bangladesh PLC' from 'MJL Bangladesh Limited' in accordance with the Companies Act 1994 (amended in 2020) and to effect the change in the registered name of the (cont.1)
