MJLBD Corporate Disclosure — 27 August 2023

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has approved the following proposal: MJL has conditionally signed a MOU with seller to purchase an industrial plot of land, measuring 50 Bigha located at Mouza-Shimrail, Thana-Shiddhirganj, District-Narayanganj at a total consideration value of Tk. 95 Crore for its future expansion subject to all documents related to this property are found transparent and legitimate.

কোম্পানি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ নিম্নলিখিত প্রস্তাবটি অনুমোদন করেছে: MJL মৌজা-শিমরাইল, থানা-সিদ্ধিরগঞ্জ, জেলা-নারায়ণগঞ্জে অবস্থিত 50 বিঘা জমির একটি শিল্প প্লট কেনার জন্য বিক্রেতার সাথে শর্তসাপেক্ষে একটি MOU স্বাক্ষর করেছে। মোট বিবেচ্য মূল্যে টাকা এর ভবিষ্যৎ সম্প্রসারণের জন্য 95 কোটি টাকা এই সম্পত্তি সম্পর্কিত সমস্ত নথি স্বচ্ছ এবং বৈধ পাওয়া যায়।
