MJLBD Corporate Disclosure — 30 December 2024

The company has informed that the Board of Directors of MJL Bangladesh PLC. has approved the following proposal: Management of MJL Bangladesh PLC. is allowed to purchase an industrial plot of land, measuring 209 decimal land located at Mouza- Bathgari, Thana-Shajahanpur, District- Bogura at a total value of Tk. 18.81 Crore (Eighteen Crore Eighty-One Lac only) for its future expansion by participating in a tender process of Agrani Bank PLC.

এমজেএল বাংলাদেশ পিএলসি’র পরিচালনা পর্ষদ এ তথ্য জানিয়েছে। নিম্নলিখিত প্রস্তাব অনুমোদন করেছে: এমজেএল বাংলাদেশ পিএলসি ব্যবস্থাপনা। মৌজা- বাথগাড়ি, থানা-শাজাহানপুর, জেলা- বগুড়াতে অবস্থিত 209 দশমিক ভূমি পরিমাপের একটি শিল্প প্লট কেনার অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়েছে যার মোট মূল্য টাকা। অগ্রণী ব্যাংক PLC-এর একটি টেন্ডার প্রক্রিয়ায় অংশগ্রহণের মাধ্যমে এর ভবিষ্যত সম্প্রসারণের জন্য 18.81 কোটি (শুধুমাত্র আঠারো কোটি একাত্তর লাখ)।
