The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its Board Meeting held on January 29, 2025 has approved the purchase of 2,77,47,917 ordinary shares (face value BDT 10.00/- per share) of Omera Petroleum Limited from FMO at the rate of 21.80 per share subject to obtaining regulatory approval in this regard. Upon completion of the proposed share transfer, MJLBPLC shall hold 75% of the total paid up share capital of Omera Petroleum Limited.
