The Board of Directors has recommended 10% Cash dividend from Retained Earnings balance for the year ended June 30, 2022.The Board of Directors has also decided to hold an EGM to change the name of the Company from M.L. Dyeing Limited to M.L. Dyeing & Spinning Ind. Ltd or other name as approved by the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) subject to approval by shareholders.
