MLDYEING Corporate Disclosure — 16 June 2026

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "A-" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Negative outlook based on annual audited financial statements of FY2022-FY2025(FYE June 30), 6-months unaudited financial statements of FY2026 and FY2025, and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) ২০২২-২০২৫ অর্থবর্ষের (৩০ জুন সমাপ্ত অর্থবর্ষ) বার্ষিক নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী, ২০২৬ ও ২০২৫ অর্থবর্ষের ৬-মাসের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং প্রদানের তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত ও গুণগত তথ্যের উপর ভিত্তি করে কোম্পানিটিকে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "A-" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-2" সারভেইল্যান্স রেটিং প্রদান করেছে এবং এর সাথে একটি নেগেটিভ আউটলুক দিয়েছে।
